Meet Jamie Trusa.

Jamie's path into this trade started in the early 2000s, working alongside his father in the family radon testing and mitigation business. From the very beginning, he was taught two non-negotiables: do quality work, and treat every customer with respect.

For nearly a decade after that, Jamie worked side-by-side with his brother at a regional waterproofing and foundation repair company — running excavators, installing piers and sump systems, and learning every corner of the craft. Almost ten years of hands-on experience prepared him to build something of his own.

Most foundation cracks are caused by hydrostatic pressure from saturated soils, settling, poor drainage at the perimeter, or expansive clay soils common in East Tennessee. We diagnose the root cause before recommending any repair so you fix the problem — not just the symptom.

Radon is a naturally-occurring radioactive gas that seeps from the soil into homes and is the leading cause of lung cancer in non-smokers. Tennessee has many areas with elevated radon. Testing is inexpensive, and mitigation systems are highly effective when levels are high.

Most projects are completed in 1–4 days depending on scope. Crack repair can often be finished in a single day; full pier or excavation jobs may take longer. We'll give you a clear schedule before we start.
